don't you think your textures would be more fitting under a creative commons license; say CC-BY, instead of forfeiting pretty much all rights.

and I must complain, the screenshots of recent packs hardly look like wood :P

These textures doens't look much realistic: why not starrting from real pics, rather than photoshop?
