The texturing can really do with some ... care.
- What you're using as ceiling is actually a light fixture ... to be used sparesly and really only in conjunction with a light entity.
- The texture on the stairs "front" sides is also not meant to be used on such broad faces ... it's what's called a "trim", they're only meant for ... trimming (like "used as a very narrow strip") ... a fact makkE seems to have to point out to me every now-and-again though too ... so I won't stress it too much right now ;-)
- The entrance to the corridor only displays half of your wall texture; either map on the grid or use a smaller sized texture at that point.
You definitely need to start varying your texture usage a lot more!
All this comes from simply looking at your screenshot!
Not to mention it's not even lighted at all yet...
...test play...
*groan* ... did you read this article and decided to do exactly the opposite of everything it says?
Sorry, but I can't say anything good about this map at all ... it does actually suck pretty hard; can't have taken you more than ~12 minutes to do.
