Request: a gui to load things

Hello my dears,
I have a kind request for you:

I always suffered the lack of a function in sauer: a gui to manage custom contents.
Please, can you make it? (~~instead of loosing your time with very complicated yet usless scripts~~)

It should be added to the main menu or binded to a key that makes sense and it should be able to check one single folder, eventually customizable, and recognize its content, so that the user is only asked to drop in that folder the files downloaded form, let's say, quadropolis.

When the user has set the folder (if it's different from default) the script checks it and gives the user an ordered list of content; check this picture I made for you for further inspiration.

EXTRAPLUS feature: you only have to drop .zip and all you will find in the folder will be the .zips: the script does all the boring unpacking and copy-pasting job itself.

If people follow the packaging guide, something like that possibly could be made using loopfiles and the addzip/removezip commands... Too bad I am lazy as heck.

I can't say it enough: /addzip is fucking powerfull. For my mod I use a guitab called "Mods" at Sauer's options menu; there are some checkboxes to enable/disable packages I re-zipped so they go correctly into the packages directory after /addzip-ing them. To remove, the uncheck box calls /removezip and everything is vanilla again. That's a great way to manage external content without overwriting stuff and having everything well organized. Some stuff that was already loaded like player skins/flags etc. needs a simple /resetgl call after /addzip. That's how I do that jazz, hope that helps. (Are you good with CubeScript?)

Well not knowing it for sure, but I think you got that idea from me since you implemented it very fast after I told you about that. Ideas are made for sharing :)

Basically I was working on something like that, but atm it isnt a priority for me at all, not sure if I will finish it somewhen.

@Nyne: Where the hell are you? I didn't see you in IRC for a while and Im looking forward to talk to you!
