A lot of blood sweat and tears goes into reviewing, so calm down:
Texturing
You did a very good job in this respect. Theres very few texture errors (i saw like 3 spots), and it all seems to flow together. I think you need to look at texture blending though. There are many spots on the ground where this would help immensely to break up some of the monotony. Using a blend with dirt or grass would allow you to make the paths look more torn up and rugged.
Also adding sky-texture to back map element that are not going to be seen by players (ie the inside walls of the back map hallways), is customary to opitimize performance, although on a map this small its not necessary but i couldn't hurt.
Lighting/Environment
Lighting is simple. I would like to see more dept in the lighting. It feels like you just put some lights on the map and called it done. There are many spots that are extremely dark (unnecessarily), and it would feel in a realistic lighting that they should at least have some light. Also you used a blue light as your base light. A blue base light (sunlight) implies cold or frigid, although your texturing choices do not reflect this. Maybe adding some snow, or changing the skylight to something more orange/yellow, will help alleviate this problem.
Also maybe play around with adding fog or fogdome so your map feels more complete
Geom/detailing/clipping
Im gonna try and tackle all these at once. First clip the top and ends of your map, i could easily get on top of this map with a grenade jump. Second take time and add more detail to the cliiffs (around the outside of the map, and add more detail to the out side of the map (where theres default texture). This will make your map feel less empty. Right now it just feels unreal that the cliffs are all level, and that there is nothing beyond them. Just simple detailing can make the map feel more alive. Lastly make the clifts less blocky (square) adding small curves and bends makes it feel less boring, just dont make the same curves over and over.
LIGHT YOUR BACK MAP HALLWAYS, it makes it feel like theres something beyond this map.
Pick-ups/Playerstarts
Pick-ups look ok, im not a big ffa person but i dont see any obvious problems, would be nice to add quad and/or healthboost, but thats up to you. There are only 5 playerstarts. Sounds like a problem. Even adding multiple playerstarts in the same general area is ok, having 5 playerstarts will lead to spawn camping, people know exactly where all of them are and will shoot as soon as some one spawns.
Overall
Good map, layout is pretty good, and there are no major problems. It lacks good detailing, clipping, and lighting. Work on those 3 things and this map should be great.
