Boy, how I hate it when I search the web for any issues I might have myself, then stumble across a thread that describes exactly my issue and ends with "NVM". Grrr.

Ive been feeling some bad air between you and me. I dont no maybe im crazy but i think that you dont like me very much. So i just want to apoligize for whatever thing i did that sent you on this vendetta.

On the post, i reallized what i said may be a little vage so i expond on my findings for any one that really cared.

The function complete, takes in 3 paramaters: name, location, extension. Basically more or less it makes an vector (i think it may be an array) of all of these files and then allows you to call them by typing tab key. This allows an auto complete function of all maps, function, and posible known varibles (such as newent; can only take particular vars in the first paramater).

This function is found in the config file (at the very bottom) and in the data/game-fps.cfg. Basically you can not access the vector that is made for this function to be able to access every map that exist in your base file, as i was trying to do.

You're right, I do have issues with you. Remember the episode with your nodes being deleted because they lacked the quality we expect here on Quadropolis? Then you suddenly had two accounts accessing Quad from the same IP address, leading us admins to believe you were trying to hoodwink us some more.
At the very least I'm constantly appalled at your spelling and grammar - your postings are almost always a nuisance to try to understand.

Even with your, now, more elaborate phrasing of your question it's hard to really understand what you want.
The answer you seek is (probably) this:
Yes, the possible values for tab-completion get pushed into an array - but for a file-by-extension completion you have no access to this; the array exists inside the engine but is inaccessible via CubeScript. You can only use the predefined and known CubeScript lists as reference for those you do a listcomplete on.

I think I know where you're attempting to go with this - you want to have the menu dynamically show up non-standard maps;
well, you should take a look at the loopfiles command instead.
Signature: ICOMMAND(loopfiles, "ssss", (char *var, char *dir, char *ext, char *body)
Like:loopfiles f packages/base ogz [ echo I see $f ]
Also see what viruz did with it skybox-, loadsky- and exec-completion

For an alternative (*Nix only!) you might like to see the linux client scripts page I wrote ages ago on the wiki - the referenced shell-script could easily be adapted to output a format useful in CubeScript.

You think I’m that dumb. Any one that knows anything about computers could tell you this; it is not a new revelation or some super secret thing. The ip address could also come from the same HUD of computers; say a library or an internet cafe (if it were set up right). The point being that this really is no reason to be upset at me for, so what if I was trying to post to accounts, is it that big of a deal.

"HUD" as in "Heads Up Display?" Or are you referring to a "HUB?" Hub As in a collections of computers in one area. A.K.A. LAN, as in "Local Area Network."
