Detailed description

Well, it's finally here. I've worked long and hard and endured one of the crappiest PC's on the planet, and I'm only up to 277 KB. Pretty sad, isn't it? Well, some of you have pointed out that it is only just an arena map, and you were correct, so I have tried to add enough details so that it is not painful to the eyes. Changelog: Added special effects for the Yellow Armor, added walkways to the middle level, added details like wear and tear to the platforms, walls, etc., added portals between one side of the map to the other, (infuriating your enemies is fun!) and added lighting to the waterfalls to give it a 'evasionish' look. You don't have to tell me what I could change, because it's the final releas, but plaese gve full reviews if you have the time. Don't forget to rate! Hopefully, enjoy.

you should consider making this a space map (that would explain the floating ring) overall 3/5

Being your first map, I must say that although the textures are basic, and the random walls here and there aren't great, the idea of the maze is cool, and it could be developed without much difficulty. Keep working on details, remove the random walls, apply better textures and it will become a cool map. :)

Oh, about the textures. I had no idea that there was even a
textures window at the time that I finished it. Pressing F2 is a
great help now that I know how to use it. I want to keep some of the
walls though, that was the reason it was called Evasion! I'll keep in mind all that you guys have said. Thanks for commenting!

No worries, it's up to all of us in the community to keep Quadropolis beautiful and clean. Be sure to update your old nodes instead of creating new ones if you release a new revision of your old content!

This map has some potential for a playable map, once it "looks" a bit more pleasing to the eye. As far as Sauerbraten standards are now, it's a competitive environment, and even I have to sit back and let the artists do what they do best.

I've updated my rating with an extra star, keep up the good work, and good job on taking something from the feedback the first time :)

There seems to be a problem with the screenshot, 'cause on the list of maps the screenshot is updated, but the one in my node is not. Oh well, there's still a screenshot, so please, please don't delete this node.

You know, this isnt bad at all! Your map is simple and balanced. And i like how its put togeather!
I bet playing instagib or deathmatch on this map is great fun! By the looks of it, this map could also be good capture map.
Just some more details now and you have a great map!:)

Here's what I think:
I would not say this map is a great piece of art, but I bet it would play good. It's more practival than artistic. I suppose you were thinking more of gameplay capabilities of it whern you were doing it. 3/5
