Not bad for a first map. I see promise in you. :)
There are a few things you might want to consider before moving on to your next map: for example, it's a little small, and oddly laid out. There's no real place to fight--a wall around the edge (of buildings or machinery, not just a wall) would help out a lot.
I'm kind of confused about the teleport at the yellow armor--why does it lead to the green armor?
The health boost is a little weird, too. Maybe if you relocated that whole structure to stick out off the top of a building, over the center of the map.
And the quad is strange, too--not only in placement, but in accessibility. It's hidden off in a dead end, not a good idea. If you look at the map DM-BS1 here on Quadropolis, the quad is in a passage at the bottom of the map. That's a nice place. A kind of side-central passage.
Last, the buildings are kind of... what's the word... inhibitive of battle, I guess. Only narrow building is bad, the two raised walkways are fine and the wider building isn't all bad.
Wait--this is a capture map! I just realized when I saw a base entity. Hmm.
Well, it's a perfectly good DM map. Not exactly conducive to capture. Too much oriented along one axis. (See ph-capture for an example of the opposite.)
EDIT: Oh yeah, and you might want to write a little more for the detailed description.
EDIT 2: Like MeatROme says, that light at the top of the stairs needs to be changed. (Just remembered as I was getting out of bed this morning.)
