First thing: Don't name your archive "packages.zip". It could easily overwrite something else.

As for the map itself, it's not too shabby, but the detail work leaves much to be desired. It looks as though you didn't do any one thing at a time, you just did a little bit of everything at once.

EDIT: Hay wait a minute... wasn't Icarus that UT2004 map way up the air?

I'm going to go out on a limb from the screenshot, and say the inspiration came from the last (Area 51) level in Deus Ex.
