Detailed description

Here are some models that have remained untouched on my system for some time. Rather than seeing them go to waste I'm releasing them to the GP. Most if not all are uvmapped. Some are rigged. Textures not included. Use them as you see fit in whatever project, just stick my name in there somewhere to throw darts at.

They won't be included in next release because SP is dead. Do it yourself. (l4)

yeah sp always sucked in sauerbraten but they don't want to make it good either.

Don't think so.

I really like to play fast games, like Quake 1 and Doom 1-2, and also Sauerbraten.
Their singleplayer is old-school styled, so not everyone likes it because of their speed. But... it's very interesting to play on SP maps like Lost, but they need you to spent much time to build them...

Also I have Sauer SVN with RPG mode, but this really sucks I think... IMO.

I'm making interactive SP map for Sauer, hope developers won't remove SinglePlayer from Hold Edition...

truth is, singleplayer sucks by the current standards. reviving it will only get back a handful of fans. RPG is bound to die. i don't see much reason into making monster models for sauer unless they are made to work in multiplayer, which is unlikely

new monsters, maybe better monster ai would make sp more fun at least for me. its just no fun shooting at some badly animated and crappy md2 models.

Than replace them with coloured inky's, ironsnout or mr fixit variants, you can also use that other hellpig that somebody made here on qaudropolis. The only things you need to remove are the ragdoll cfg (cause this is not supported) and optionally: remove unneeded animation in the cfg. If this is not enough, you can add vweps to the monsters or armor parts. You need to know what you are doing to not let this fail :P Just put a map in the vwep directory of the monster and check that the paths in the cfg files are still correct.

Example: You can use a extra red coloured inky with the qaud damage spinal wing in the vwep folder. And make sure you change the scale, so it fits with the hitboxes of those monsters. (these can't be changed, you need to change code to do so)
