Detailed description

No, it wasn't really hard to build this map, but i'm quite proud of it. It's a medium deathmatch map for Sauerbraten.
You are plying in, and outside a small castle and it's inner court.

Now ( in version 1.3.1) with lightning, a tower to go up, trees, a new tunnel and you can play outside the castle too now.

Considering it was your first attempt.

I didn't like the Item Placement that much.

It seems like they were just placed in random places.

You need to think of what it would be like when people actually play it.

What weapons would be the best and where.

But still its not bad.

It could be better!

Please put in some lights and upload a lit version.
Otherwise I will delete it, because a map without lights is not playable.

Other than that it´s better than your previous attemts. More feedback once you put lights in.

Don't mark unfinished maps with the "Release" status. This is far from Sauerbraten Release quality work. I've demoted it to "Review".

*censored* I haven't seen good maps for a while on Quadropolis. Needs crucial - lighting, texturing, spacing etc.
I don't even want to download it... 13KB says it all.

*censored* - but don't post everything on Quadropolis. Ask for advice if you want - README and documentation is also available for you, just search for it!

ok, new version with lights, trees, a ladder up to one tower and other things...
hope you think the map's better now.

You might want to try heightmapping the grassy area so that there's a little but more variation in the landscape, and maybe even using an "autograss" texture to make it look even more alive.

While lit, the map is better, you could be a bit more creative than just a simple sun, and don't forget to highlight indoor areas shrouded in shadow.
