First things first: the archive. MeatROme has a nice little guide on what your archive should look like (or contain, or whatever), though it's a little hard to read. (Your archive also contains one empty file, named "SweetMisery"--that should go too.)

Now, on to the map.

Hm. This looks like it'd be good for insta if it was a little less twisty, though I think it'll work for the DM types too.
It's pretty good geometry-wise, you gave it quite a bit of detail while also keeping it a relatively fast map.

I like the electricity sound in the teleporter room, too. Do you mind if I steal it?

Oh, one other thing: you should do something about the space outside your map. While the player never sees it, the engine does, and it has to deal with it sometimes. Take it away, and nobody has to deal with it.

You really did a good job there, no doubt. Very well textured, lighting is a bit too bright, though. Didn´t find any big mistakes or flaws so far, although i didn´t test it online yet. I´ll update my comment as soon as i did that. As far as i can see, it should work good for ffa or even efficiency, not sure about insta.

Lol, if you believe it or not, i really wanted to use that elevator :)

Only negative thing i found is the lack of connectivity, there are many one-way spots, but if this really is a 1:1 redo, it´s not your "fault" ;)

Very nice map, hope to see more maps from you, maybe you make a map completely on your own next time ? Sure it will be a nice one then ;)

I got a very Half Life feel from this. Made shivers go down my spine and brought back found memory's. You should make more Half Life levels.
