I really like this map. Many good ideas, nice use of lights in many parts of the map, some of these things you´ve built are looking very interesting, for example the party room (excellent) or the building crane (looks very nice 3D), the playground and many more.
Though 11 bases are a bit much (i´d try to use 6 or max. 7, in the best spots).
What about exchanging some of the bases with GA or YA or other tactical pickups ? If they are spread well, players will have a reason to go to certain areas, and not just exploring ;)
I agree with widening some spots/areas, for example the church and the tables/chairs in the restaurant. Some spots really need some clip/noclip, too.
Another idea would be to have at least 2 entrances/exits to rooms where bases are, so that it´s not just go in - go out (through the same exit), it simply adds more tactical options for the player ;)
But all in all, a very nice first published map, and with some minor tweaking here and there, it´s surely worth a
