You've definitely put a lot of work into this,
but I'm sorry to say it doesn't really convince me;
of course I'd need to test-play it to pass final judgement.
Stuff I noticed:
- your deeper water regions only have a few "designated" exits,
this seems intentional - but I think you should rethink that.
For example in the blue-base (see screenshot) the edge could be lowered.
- your passages are VERY narrow - no room for strafing, passing by each other or the like
- you placed a lot of items in rather untypical places,
this also seems intentional ... and again I urge you to reconsider;
most of all I noticed those grenades lying just where you'd want them (behind that half-destroyed wall) ...
... this makes it into a camping spot - might seem funny, but will quickly make people loose interest in playing the map IMO
- your lighting is a too ... contrasted;
it's nice you colour-coded the bases, but you might try working with more but dimmer lights maybe,
to make the transitions a little smoother. Also think about where this light is supposed to come from.
Especially on the red-light-area (heh) you've got some form of glitch - the wall doesn't seem to block the light,
or maybe I missed an extra light entity ... anyway - I see no source/reason for it being there - try fixing that!
So, even if I acknowledge the time and sweat you put into this map - I can't rate it very highly.
I'm wondering who voted this 5/5 ... maybe yourself with an alter-ego login? :-P
