...spoil the broth. So here I go ... again :-P :-P
I'm not absolutely clear why viruz said "no" - my agreement was on all he said plus the hint at autograss ... and as for frida:
"Mountains" is too much - c'mon, what Caste Courtyard do you know of with some strapping ice-capped mountains inside?!?
It should stay "believable" - even "hills" would be to high a word, just some "bumps".
But we all seem to be in agreement at least on giving you the hint at making the floor less bland (read flat and uninteresting); it really is the first thing that come to mind with this map ;)
I'd suggest you reduce the overall grass-coverage to a certain part of the courtyard (like a box where the two trees fit in snuggly);
the parts nearer to the wall should be some stone/masonry (for where the knights and pages run up and down on errands for their lord.
Then make the "park" (or "garden") use some minimal autograss on the one hand,
and on the other use heightmaps to give this part of the map a less 90° angles all-round look ... make it seem more natural, less "built" :)
Maybe even keep more than one area with grassy floor - it was a really nature-loving lord living in this castle - but not one big "carpet", as frida put it!
