This is not a real playable map. The bunkers are too small and too low, there is almost no ammo, the underground tunnels are too narrow to move in and only 1-way, there is almost no lighting, etc etc.
Your map name is really bad, i have to type /map "outpost for DMSP" (way too long and you used CAPITALIZED LETTERS, too). It should be a short name in small letters instead, without any spaces (or use a name which can be remembered easily, written as one single word, for example: troopers1 or bughole or whatever).
All action is on the plain surface, ppl get bored as soon as they have "explored" the map.
What about adding some more underground tunnels and/or some more buildings on the surface ? And please try to avoid those 1-way-buildings/tunnels, there is no gameflow at all atm. People should at least be able to decide which way to go, that´s why a building should have an entrance and an exit, otherwise it´s just a trap.
Also, if you want to have the skybox loaded with the map, use a .cfg file, please.
I really like your idea, i´m a movie freak too and i´m sure everyone here also knows Starship Troopers, so you probably could achieve a high rating if that map would have been overthought again. Nice sign, btw (Title is spelled wrong, but who cares). ;)
I´ll give you 2/5 anyway (1 for the idea and 1 for the atmosphere), but please do some more work on the layout, it´s worth it ;)
