Basic menus & icons skin.

The mouse cursor comes out rather large, try /cursorsize 16 -ish.
The crosshair comes out rather large as well, try /crosshairsize 24 -ish.

Update 1: guiskin & guicursor now higher resolution. Now includes main menu background stuff. guislider made slightly darker.
Update 2: Fixed packaging. guiskin tabs made slightly shorter.
