Nice map. It is definitely unique. It seems to flow well, maybe a little tight, but understandable for the size. Makes you think about your movement a bit instead of just spamming forward -> jump. But not so constricting that it's annoying.
The details, geometry and overall appearance is nice, definitely top-notch stuff there. Texturing is near perfect. The layout seems good, different routes to take while still being connected to the rest of the map, and having options for moving. The upper level being pretty flat and only accessible by jumppads seems to diminish the flow a bit but only can be judged with playing the map.
My only real gripe is the lighting... it seems well executed, the right size of entities to be realistic, all coming from a source, but it's mostly just plain white light. Plain white light doesn't go well on any map imo. Also, the yellow and red lights don't seem to fit or look good. Maybe this could be fixed with an adjustment of the white lights; they might merge better with the rest of the lighting then.
The size of the map is definitely small, I worry that 3v3 ctf (as you mention designed for) might even be too much, and you'd spend more time dead than alive. But again this can't really be known without playing it. I can definitely see it being a perfect map for 2v2 ctf. I think this makes the map unique. There are no 2v2 ctf maps in the game afaik. Even still, as a smaller 3v3 map it could still be unique and stand out.
Overall I like the map. Aside from the few things I mentioned, I think it could be a pretty regularly played map.

Looks like a very nice classic/oldschool map. Very functional usage of textures.

As Fatality said, the lights look a bit odd. You don't use a plain white, but it's very close. If you want to try something change the white lights colour to 120 100 80. Still looks like normal white, but feels more natural.

If you want some contrasting light in this rather orange/yellowish texture-set, I'd suggest green or blue. Maybe it is not neccessary at all to have two colours for orientation in such a small map?

Also, I am not a big fan of lava. But that's just my personal taste.

Other than that, really nice.
