I remember it was once launched on a Quake 2 Fan-based website decades ago (with all monster on Cube Engine 1 and Sauerbraten).
After some search, I found on tastyspleen.net (but with no proper preview) and oocities.org (although it's a webarchive) I should go search back on on one of my harddrives for more like these old models (for their source actually).

It's a good thing in my opinion that those skins are being enhanced. Although the readme is vaguely telling you're allowed to reskin the model, it doesn't say anything about changing the mesh itself...

The model doesn't seem uploaded on Quadropolis.

Some feedback on the model;
Perhaps a helmet when wearing armour would be awesome. Also both shoulders being spiked when wearing the Quaddamage would be helpful also (compared to some other playermodels).
