This is nice, full of details with good texturing and lighting, it also feels like the good old sauer maps.
The only thing that isn't ok is the layout wich is too open... and if the layout is already done it's very hard to fix.
The open layout made the map unbalanced for the people wich spawns in the lower parts, it's unbalanced for the people who die, because they will spawn in uncovered places and the enemy can constantly kill them just camping in one higher place. It's the same for insta and effic.
The esthetic part of the map is pretty nice, the amount of details is good enough and everything feels "well placed" but as i say the playability of the map could be unfair or unbalanced.

But it's still a pretty awesome and for some reason nostalgic map.

I agree with Doko, its a nice map.

There still are some details on floors which could use some (no)clipping material. The lighting might need a review also as it's quiet dull right now (although "it works"). Perhaps working more with primary lights (which light the actual light-source - often a bright but small light-entity) and secondary lights (which light the environment that should be lighted - often a weaker but way bigger light-entity) would fix this.

I'm not very font of the weapon placement. I rather see weapons which you pick shouldn't be most useful on the location where you've picked them, but rather just an area further away. The grenades near the Healthboost is a good example of the opposite of that.
