Making a Come back with an Offical Twitch Channel by LR7

Hey guys this is LR7 here

For those that don't know me

Its been a long time since I came to this site and cube due to life out site of the internet keeping me busy.
I have so much to talk about but this post here isn't enough to say it all.

There's been some decisions about hosting a streaming site, so far i haven't found anyone that has done streaming about SauerBraten that I'm aware of so I'll be the first to do this on twitch (correct me if I'm wrong) in which I'll show casing content like:

Technology/OpenSource/Software/Hardware/Music/Arts/Traveling/Deepwebs/Explorations/LifesMysteries/Stories/

And anything Cube related of course. Even more.....

while streaming my desktop or most likely playing Cube 2 Sauer Braten most of the time.

The game I started playing 6 years ago, building a Ship in which I hope to not only make a come back again. Also to complete it during my streams over time and later build something new. who knows maybe you guys can get your work or self's featured.

As always your more than free to send in some of your work to help out in the development of The ship

I'm not sure how this will go so I'll give it a try later this summer. If it works out then maybe I may expand to new horizons.

There will be streams broadcasting this season. I'm just finalizing my whole channel and setting up the equipment and soon it'll be visible on the Internets radar and maybe you guys might be in one of them if you like [>.0]/

heya LR7!! I think the idea is grand, I just can't watch twitch here as i can only use free codecs like webm. Is there a way to fetch that later via YT or something?

yeah! long time =) sorry I'm not online anymore. My pc is so slooowww too. I really enjoyed your stream though, just my fps plummet below 7 on your ship (on your stream sometimes too *cough* :D). I think overall that may prevent quite some players from joining, as sauer is naturally bit of a slow hardware game..

I'd love to add something to the ship though!! Would be a great honor! :D Is there anything you could need? Maybe a fighter or so, or smaller. Just name your /gridpower :D

Speaking of which, with the low fps bugging so many, I started some low cube layouts, maybe you wanna come up with one too! maybe resketch the ship even? or a new one! a fleet Would be awesome!

Could imagine a fast layout like that would draw a lot of players on your twitch map! (you could also set a maptitle to the stream and inform ppl you're twitching when they connect. zombie menu and the /dev/servers have a functionality to automatically send the latest map to ppl connecting and pm them a personalized message etc... maybe you remember from cube-corp! (just enable the #pm #sendto #edit mute option on tools tab, and select automunspect. works on all /dev/open servers!) would love to see another MMO map happening i just cant do it atm =/

i think its awesome youre doing this! sauer mapping could need some revitalization i think! and i think youd do it really well! =)

It's been so long since i've seen activity by the members that really made this game what it is today. I miss the modding community! Hope to see a comeback.
