Original rough mod for Trooper edition, it was uploaded for comunity use, you can modify to use in newest editions. I use CC license to share and modify, just ad a TXT file with the credits.

INSTALLATION IN TROOPER EDITION:

1. Place all folders and autoexec.cfg file in the main sauer folder, OR COPY TEXT AND ADD TO YOUR AUTOEXEC FILE
2. Delete the "hudguns" folder in "sauerbraten/packages/models" dir
3. Delete the contain of the folders that you will change, quad, health, etc..
4. Copy new files from your .zip file to main Sauerbraten folder, or folder that you previous delete.

!!!IMPORTANT!!!:
If you'll look to the "sounds/aard/voice"
or "sounds/ctf"
or "models/hudguns/rocket"
you could see files with the same name
but with another format. One with .ogg
and one with .wav .
DON'T DELETE ANY OF THESE!!! Sauerbraten dosesn't
loading that files properly with only one format.
It's propably a bug. I'll try to fix that.

Thanks, but it's collect edition nowadays.

So probably someone will attempt to do the very same again as pyccna did but then properly.

You can put the download url below the uploading section instead of putting it into the description.

We nowadays use a personal folder instead of directly dumping it into the Sauerbraten-directory, called C:\Users\My Games\Sauerbaten (or something similar to that).

P.S.
Wasn't the next font (or logo) also involved of the solaris mod? I found this in some pretty weird packaged zip-file that tends to contain the name "Solaris Construction Trooper".

Yep, that logo was created with GUI Solaris mod, integrated in previous solaris hudguns CTF edition, with a long series of icons, and with a new type. I will provide you a lot of material that i was used to create whole solaris mod, like original layer TIFF files of hudguns, types, and much more. You will be able to made a lot of mod with this files.

# I just realized it's about more than 6 years ago that the complete mod actually has been realeased. That's as long as Cube lasted.

Hi !!! I can not found old sauer repository, so, i can not test it and i have no
Idea how to intall on collection edition. So, feel free to repack, mod, and reshare again, with original or new name.
