We've been through this before, these are intended to be used only by Captain Cannon as his specific hudgun set (like my old Snout & Fixit hudguns). As these use Captain Cannon's hands mesh, they wouldn't look quite right with other playermodels. That's why I didn't write in the description to call them up; because you can't call them up for one playermodel unless you're a script aficionado and can make an active script that changes hudgunsdir depending on the playermodel which would also be extra unneeded weight on your computer while playing, especially when spectating. I don't intend this to turn into another stupid flamewar, it's just the simplest way to provide each playermodel with their own hudgun sets.

Want something even funnier? My original idea for Cannon's Sniper Rifle was to hold a half-sized tank turret over his shoulder, but I thought that might take up too much screen space :P

Do you have any idea why it doesn't work with teamskins for me? Neutral works fine.
I tried to disable all other mods, re-downloaded - still no luck.
Maybe I did some shit I currently don't see.

It seems like there should be some better standards towards packaging as models tend to be a problem when installing them.

Nyne, have you installed the hudguns directly into the Sauerbraten directory? If so; try to use the custom data-directory.

Judging from the screenshot, no hudguns should be displayed if the model isn't loading (unless you used hudgunsdir command). But! I think I know what the problem is, did you...
A: Replace (or rename) the original hudguns folder? This must be done for the mod to work properly
B: Check if there are any other md3/md5 cfgs in your red/blue hudguns folders? Those may be interfering.

If anything, go through the folders inside the hudguns folder & check to see if the md3.cfg files inside the red/blue read like this:

You should not have to replace the original hudgun folder. Just use the custom data directory instead. I used this method once again and everything worked perfectly.

Well good for you, hence why I typed "(or rename)". Plus not everyone knows where the custom directory is on different operating systems, let alone know where it is on their own OS. I'm just using the general to not make this overcomplicated as mods usually get. (and for those using supersauer, the custom directory is different) Yes it's dangerous, but it's simpler.
I don't expect everyone who uses this site to be on your level of expertise, nor I believe should anyone else expect it.

Back to Nyne: if the problem still persists, zip your entire hudguns folder under packages/models/captaincannon, upload it to mediafire or something & send me the link via pm, I'll poke around & see if there's anything wrong with it.

I have to apologize - the mod works fine. For my private client mod I usually re-zip your skins and guns, so I can activate/deactivate ingame via /addzip and removezip - and here I did some shit; another hudguns mod was still "activated" and fucked the configs. Anyway, sorry for confusing; great mod and it works like it should.
