Content
Nice to have some background information about the name, although I'll leave a note about it further in the comment.
Theme
The theme is obviously futuristic, but the name doesn't fit at all. As the name says so; it should be a Scientific Testing Area for Robots; where's the scientific and robotic part of the area?? I couldn't find it anywhere. So perhaps; pick a better name or add more details which make the theme fit more towards the map.
Texturing
The texturing is as Doko tried to state; flat. There are just a few darkened textures with the contrast of a lightblue trim (and some light-source textures to make it at least a bit less boring). The 1st screenshot shows that quite well.
Although Doko stated a lot about it already; he forgot to mention that the broken artifacts (like walls, trimmings, etc) have just the very same textures as the walls. This makes it feel like the whole map has been molded from 1 single chunk of rock (while the meaning of broken details is actually to get the feeling like it isn't). You can see this pretty clear on the 2nd screenshot provided in this comment.
I still dislike the overscaled textured used on those thrusts (see the 3th screenshot). It feels very unnatural.
The shaft of the broken vent is quite original but not that great; there is always a certain ambient in the shadows.
Geometry
The geometry seems to be okay, nothing to mention about.
Lighting
The light entities of the crack in the right of the screenshot doesn't seem to be working (while the light entities of the crack at the left of the screenshot are).
Detailing
As I already mentioned before; the theme is futuristic but that's it. The forklift looks nice, but feels pretty out of place in a testing area for robots (especially due the fact the map has stairs all over the place while a forklift couldn't reach other places than the current platform). So add stuff which make it really feel like a robot testing area. Put some metal panels on walls, add different layers of trimmings in ceilings (like within the ceiling of the 1st screenshot), etc.
Clipping/Noclipping
There are a lot of clipping bugs out there. I've made some screenshots which say it all.
Flow
The flow is one of the stronger points of the map, although not that great at certain points. I'm not a huge fan of using jumppads for gaining small heights as it makes you an easy target (especially if it leads to some stairs which you jump on if you keep holding the forward key; awkward).
Gameplay
Only 12 playerstart in such open map doesn't feel right. Add some more of them. The pickups seem to be focused more on the centre of the map, which is just fine. However, the YA and 2 of 3 health just a quick hop away from that also; so perhaps it could cool down a little and put the YA in the room of the forklift instead (while giving that health which spawns there another place, like near the teledest).
Overall
It's a good map which contains pretty much quality so far. But there still needs a lot to be done. I would currently rate it 6/10.

If you don't care about the licensing, just make it public domain so everyone has benefits from it. The OtherLicense tag is meant if content really has an other license; not just no license.
