I somehow can't. After downloading the model and replacing the ogro or even the ogro2 directory, it simply won't load the model (in 1 case, it loads a messed up version of ogro instead). I have also tried to load it from the ...\My Games\Sauerbraten directory, but that didn't work out well either.

You forgot to add an iqm.cfg for the default playermodel...
After loading the model just in teamskins I noticed there's it has an open edge at the left side of the model.
Maybe some wooden pegs at each corner of the tent would make it look more fancy...
The model still needs to run faster (as in animation), but that's just a matter of iqmanim "forward" "camper_forward.iqm" 140
instead of 90 (and all other animations which represent moving legs). It also could move some more with the ankles while running.
The body parts of the model (legs, hands) looks good. Perhaps still a little too plain but so far, nice.
The model still needs a tag for the armour. Perhaps the flag on top of the tent is a good way to show off such thing.
It also needs a tag for the quad, but maybe even the animated crossing spheres within the quadsphere directory which still exists from back to the days the old ironsnout was running around within Sauerbraten (about 5 years ago). But they still serve their purpose way better than most marks on other playermodels (although not that realistic).
A better idea as tag for the quad is an addition to the painting at the sides; "Quad Camper" instead of "Camper". Just a small thought.

Why did you actually specify each animation twice?
