I'll do Suicizer's job on this one:
Content:
The title image is only purple cartoony text on a plain white background surrounded by a red border of varying width. The problem about this is, that it, aside from looking very unprofessonal and noobish, doesn't show any of the actual content, what is the whole point of a "screenshot". The blurb, screenshot and DETAILED description are the same text: "A OIL RIG MADE BY PowerKiller", while none of them has to contain the mapname or author since they are already displayed as title and creator of the node. Please look at nodes with good feedback/high ratings to find out how content is usually presented on this website before posting your own.
The packaging is also incorrect. The .zip should contain a folder structure, which alows it to be extracted directly into the sauer directory without having to go through all subfolders yourself to install it. The .zip should also have a proper name, as files named things like base.zip, packages.zip or map.zip don't tell anything about their content and get lost in peoples downloads folders esily. You should also find a better name for your map than temp10016. We even have a guide about how to package content correctly, while you could also just have looked at other people's nodes.
Your loading screen screenshot also doesn't show anything of the actual map, but only a small bit of the skybox, which hasn't even been created exclusively for your map, but is used by various other maps.
Theme:
The theme obvously is an oil rig, but it would be hard to tell without knowing the map's name. There are just various buildings and shapes spread on a plane. The water surrounding it also touches skytexture, what causes a well known rendering bug (the water gets invisible and skytexture is showing through). You could have looked at other maps to see how they handles this problem. I would also recommend using reference images from real life and try to find out what makes for example an oil rig look like an actual oil rig and not something else.
Texturing:
The majority of the map is textured with super clean trak5 metal textures, which dont fit at all, since real oil rigs are usually really rusty and dirty, because of being exposed to the salty ocean water. Some buildings and the little radio tower however still use the default textures, what is something you definitely want to get rid of before publishing your content. But what really confused me was the grass under those untextured buildings. How the hell does that grow on an oil rig? o_O
Geometry:
The large buildings are very blocky and only consist of only rectangular shapes, what makes the overall shape and silhouette of the map look very plane and dull. Other parts like the pipes and and ventilation grills are made of far too small cubes, what is inefficient, because it doesn't really make them look any better, while making people lag.
Detailing:
As I just said the level of detail on the map is very inconsistent. Generally you should avoid too many rectangular objects and give things an overall shape on a large scale and have a somewhat consistent ammount of details everywhere. That means there shouldn't be any large surfaces not cantaining any detail at all, while especially beginners should also not overuse the smaller grids.
Clipping:
There doesn't seem to be any clip or noclip on the map, but due to the low level of detail of most buildings it doesn't really need any. However you should think about deathclipping the ocean as it ends with a skytextured wall, what doesnt seem too realistic.
Gameplay:
The gameplay is really bad for several reasons. One problem is that the map doesn't have any proper layout. Buildings and bases seem to just be placed randomly and them map is so large and open that the rifle is incredibly overpowered. Another big problem is that you only have four player starts, which are all in the excact same place facing the same direction, what makes them equal to just one. You said the map was made for regen capture. This would result in a small pistol fight in the beginning and the first team getting away alive and capturing a base spawn cmaping for the rest of the game. The map is not playable in any other mode, primarily because of the bad spawn placement, but also because you didn't palce any pickups. Even if it isn't for CTF/Hold/Collect a Regencapture map should at least be playable in regular Capture too, while I think any map should be playable in Deathmatch (FFA/Effic/Insta) aswell.
Overall:
The map has only very few good things about it, both visually and gameplay-wise. I am sorry, but I can't give you more than one point for this.
Even if this sounds very harsh, don't let it put you down too much. Everyone starts from nothing and you already mastered the basics of the editor. You still have a lot to learn though and I would really recommend you study some of the official release maps, try to find out what you like about them, what makes them good maps and how they are made and then start with way smaller projects beginning with a layout you actually think through and playtest and then really finish and polish them before relaesing. I also hope you spend a little more effort on presenting your work and following the forum rules next time. :)
