it is good to show your work even if it is just alpha. :)
I discovered a few flaws on your map which could be made better.
But first a question:
is the map intended to be a CTF map? it looks mirrored. Repetiveness in a DM layout is evil. (most of the times)
with a further look, I found out it is not mirrored but just looks like that.
A few hints:
avoid a box shaped layout.
this makes your map look artificial and fake.
If the player is able to see the borders (cut off mountains, boxshaped equally high walls to limit the world) they will notice how "unreal" or the map is.

Huge stairs
There are better ways to build epic and big stairs.. the player has barely any option beside walking it 5 seconds up or down.
Try to create more staircases with more in between platforms to fight on.
You basically got only two different stages. the ground and the upper one. Try to add more ways to get there. also do not fear to expand. to outside, use these walls.
Also you could mix terrain and the building structures to get more variation.
Basically what I can really recommend is that you either decrease the height and try to make more platforms.
Take a look on complex, it is as high as your tallest staircase, but never has a staircase that goes all the way up.
maybe jumppads and teleports could save your dead ends and the difference in height. but is not recommended because it is just a way around that.
I see you already got a few jumppads , going with inbetween platforms is your best bet then
Test every bit of your map and look that you create more opportunities to avoid bullets and other projectiles etc.
Death Pool
I jumped into that small well to see if I can get out.
Seems that it is actually a well of death.
You should indicate that it can harm peopl, other than by finding out that it can kill you.
basically a bit more of these:
Stairs/Ramps
Platforms
Jumppads
Dropoffs (One-Way Platform to Platform)
Teleports
Obstacles or Stuff to hide behind (Pillars, Crates)
Terrain
Others:
Ladders
Ropes
