Okay, first things first, I've never seen your name on quadro before which begs the question of whether or not this is legit. Normally I wouldn't say that, but considering this same skin with the same exact shades of black and grey are found here (second to last skin), I'm not sure if this is actually your work, or if you've found it on their website.

If this is not true, you can very easily do this by opening up the skins in GIMP or Photoshop, Ctrl+A and making everything greyscale. Something this simple should not be posted on Quadropolis.

Your account has been here for a year, perhaps you could look at other nodes and learn how to take a cleaner screenshot. Though it doesn't look like you've changed the texture that much..
