Detailed description

I released "The Adam Parker Missions: Day 1" a few months ago.
This map continues the story of Adam Parker. If you haven't played Day 1 yet, you can download it here: http://www.quadropolis.us/node/311

This new map contains 2 hidden areas, a LOAD of secrets and the most daring midi soundtrack i've done to date. The soundtrack itself is over 20 min. in legnth and features 6 original pieces of music!

TODAY'S STORY:
------------------
Perfect timing, Adam - One of our computer techs from level 29 just hacked into the Mutainians MAINFRAME!

He found a hidden folder on their system titled "SYON: The Ancient Stone".
This folder was over-flowing with photos, diagrams, and information on SYON.

We've heard rumours of this stone for centuries, Parker.
Some have said it holds great power. Others thought it was simply a myth.
We now have the co-ordinates of where they are holding SYON.

Go investigate and bring back any news!

That SP map is just awesome ! I like the nice texturing, the layout, the lighting, also the sound is nice ! Cool music !

It´s pure fun to play, all well overthought and worked out !

It just gets very slow sometimes, i use a 7900GT and the framerate sometimes drops to 25fps ! I can imagine, it is very slow on older cards, i hope there is a possibility to make it some faster.

However, great work (!) and please keep it up, and Adam Parker will become a legend... :)

I seem to get ~30fps mostly in the map (6600), and I wonder what uses all these resources in the map?
The map looks fantastic but gameplay at 30fps is not for me :(

i spent over 3 months working on this map / soundtrack.
anyone else check it out?
it's a very big and long map with lots of surprises and secrets....

I think this map is a very excellent Singleplayer. It has an excellent geometry feel, monsters are placed well, and the soundtrack is first-rate! The storyline is what i think is the best part of all. It isnt as much fun to just shoot up a bunch of aliens in a hidden base if there isnt a storyline that the player is somehow majorly invovled in. It just makes the map structure and atmospere slightly more realistic.
