Good job you've finally started to observe other maps than trying to find out the wheel on your own once more.
Too bad, this map seems to be mirrored 4 times, which kills the realism (in a lot of cases mirroring only once already does).
It seems like you're really starting to think about the gameplay (and flow), which is a good thing when aiming on that. However, the amount of pickups should be doubled and organized differently. For example, there isn't much use in letting a total of 12 cartridges spawn on the map, while there are only 4 shells and 2 rockets spawning also. Players start with 35 pistol bullets anyway, so why providing even more of the boring (inaccurate nowadays) pistol shooting?
By the way, the amount of health pickups seem to be fine, nothing to mention about that.
Nice to see such large amount of playerstarts. It fits the open layout.
What about adding some fogdome next to the regular fog?
You've added blendmaps to certain surfaces, but they aren't really coming through. What about adding them on edges of rock instead?
The teleport could use some light...
