Nice to see some race-map again. It's a pretty long time ago since some that has been posted again.
The screenshot looks pretty odd, yet it shows off what the map contains very well.
Don't sure uppercase symbols in the map's name, neither in the packaging; as some operation systems are sensitive for that.
Package the map more properly instead of just uploading the .ogz-file. Just download a starred content to check out how it should be done (packages/base/map_name.ogz).
Theme
There isn't a specific theme on the map, what about adding one?
Texturing
The texturing isn't great at all. As I already stated; pick a theme. After that, you can pick textures which you want to use for the theme. Using the default ik_floor and aardograss isn't recommended except if they are being used with something else in a more subtle way.
Some texturing-techniques could be used very well also, like textureblending or playing a bit with the shadersettings.
Geometry
The geometry is just bad. Flat walls which contain rock02 texture of nieb isn't looking realistic neither convincing at all. So try to make it look really like a rock-shaped wall instead of just some pile of cubes.
Lighting
The lighting is simple, but does it's job. The underground cave which is filled with water could use some more light though.
Detailing
The map is lacking this. There isn't any detail at all. Again, focus on a theme and think about some details which would fit.
Clipping/Noclipping
The clipping is 1 of the worst things of this map. When making a race-map always try to avoid using death-material, because there's nothing more annoying than having to start all over again. Use checkpoints instead (by using teleports and teledests). The clipping is pretty odd also, as there are several walls which are noclipped with no reason, while the side-walls should be accessible in certain places also if they weren't clipped (so it creates an illusion which isn't true).
Don't use death-material as a ceiling to prevent people getting out of the map, because it's incredibly annoying when performing a trickjump (like for example a grenade-jump) and you die with no further reason at all.
Flow
The flow isn't bad, but I haven't seen much use of the acceleration jump which could be used essential in a race-map. The map seems provided with pickups, yet there aren't any specific places where they really should be used. (except for the wall which forces you to do a pistol-jump).
Gameplay
As it's not a gameplay-based map, can't tell much about that, can I?
Overall
It's great to see a race-map again on quadropolis, yet it could be improved greatly. I'm sure you could turn this into something better as it is now.
