"/vscroll <x_direction> <y_direction>", to make textures scroll. (TIP: negative numbers scroll the opposite direction)
Water cannot be "bent" like cubes can.
Glass cannot be "bent" like cubes can either... but you can get the same effect if you "bend" a cube around, then use alpha material. ("/alpha", or use the F3, materials, menu)
**Alpha tip** When offline, you can use "/valpha <outside_face> <inside_face>" to set the transparency of cube faces inside alpha material. (where inside/outside_face is in the range of 0-1)
