After my first look on the screenshot I was like, Ye we missed that.
The screenshot looks pretty clean, nothing to comment about that.
Theme
I only remember a "thunderstruck" on QuakeLive which has a different theme (more gothic), but this seems to fit very well either.
Texturing
As the texturing is part of the theme, it seems to be not bad. The stairs in the centre of the map would have a better fitting texture, or make them look more real by playing with the geometry (as the upper-surface of the stairs is sand, while it's just flat).
Also, put a skytexture on the cube which you use to indicate the main light-entity.
Geometry
The geometry isn't that great yet. As I already stated, the stairs could have some more geometry on the horizontal surfaces.
The outer arch of the stairs isn't fitting the inner arch, neither the arch of the building. Be sure to fix this as it really looks odd.
Detailing
There is pretty much detail added in the map, even it doesn't really looks broken yet. It looks unequal though (which is pretty good, but could be better).
The teleport could be showed better, as it's just some particles now (which doesn't look that great at all).
Lighting
The lighting seems to be fine overall, but the atmosphere isn't really giving me the feeling I'm standing in the rain. What about deleting those rain-particles or make the skybox less warm? The black clouds are also moving way too fast to produce such rain and isn't giving a feeling that it is really coming out of those clouds. Lower the cloudscroll and make the clouds look some more grey instead of toxic black.
Clipping/Noclipping
The diagonal positioned tiles still need to be noclipped (and/or clipped), as you bump against them when running. This also counts for the pickup indicators.
Even it's pretty impossible to get over the walls made of clip, be sure to add also a ceiling of it, as the core gameplay can always change.
Flow
The flow seems to be fine, just as the original map (even this one feels bigger since Quake Live has a faster acceleration on jumping).
The teledest could keep the velocity of the player by adding a "1" on the 3th slot of it (so "teledest 180 1 1"). This would increase the flow even more.
Gameplay
The gameplay is pretty fine, as adding that teleport isn't a bad thing. Putting acces to the roof of the building isn't a smart idea though, as it makes players go camp up there. Just delete the GA on the roof and replace the YA for a GA on that platform, so the person which isn't having the lead, still has some chance to crawl back.
Overall, I like the map as it's just simple but fun. There still could be improved a lot, so keep it up!
I'll rate 6/10 for now.
