As criticism is welcome, don't post your map twice :P.
The map isn't correctly packaged (don't put it into a folder called "Aurora", as this folder isn't existing on any other PC except yours. Also, don't use Upper-case symbols in names, as some OS are sensitive for that).
It's a pretty good basic, but far from done.
The texturing isn't really great yet, as it doesn't show any contrast (it's all pretty much the same).
The lighting isn't having much sense yet, as you've putted blue light-entities at lights, but those lights aren't really emitting light. Be sure to specify those lights into the map's config-file with their glow-mapped texture, as the glow-mapped texture isn't specified on default at those textures (like from the "octlig01bc" texture of Sock). If your not knowing how to add textures into a map's config-file, be sure to check out this content.
The detailing, well actually only the jumppads and some kind of tunnel could be seen as detail for now. So add more detail either.
The clipping/noclipping seems to be ok, but be sure not to over-clip stuff, or no-clip stuff, as you did in the tunnel (like having unnecessary noclip in the tunnel, as you just filled the entire tunnel with noclip. Copy-pasting a selection after you've putted noclip into that selection can clear cubes that contain no-clip material, but don't have any geometry in it. This creates a more professional and organized result as you know exactly what is clipped (or noclipped) and what not).
The flow isn't great yet. You bump against the ceilings if you jump (like that of the tunnel). Be sure to run around some more and hit the jump-button more often.
I won't start another story about adding velocity to teledests, just read some more contents on quadropolis and you'll find out on your own.
The gameplay isn't great yet, as the waypoints aren't added correctly sometimes (bots get stuck). There are several places which could be waypointed way better, like the highest floor. When dropping waypoints, you don't have to jump, as bots will just track the waypoints anyways (except if you want bots jump, but that's most of the time causing errors as they jump at random).
I won't give any points for it yet, be sure to fix several things which I've notified you first.
