First of all, for a first submission, this isn't bad! Packaging was correct, so I applaud on that for a first timer. The map looks nice, nothing looks out of place, except for the fact that you can 'access' the basement from anywhere on the outside of the building =P NOw having said that, I do have a few points of constructive criticism for future reference.
1: The first thing that really bugged me was the ambient lighting. I understand that this is a nighttime map, and it is supposed to be dark, but you really never want to use an ambient setting of 1, 1, 1. At these lower numbers, any light source that you create will almost suddenly 'stop' at its edge, rather than tapering away, which makes the darkness feel overwhelming. The darkest ambient that I ever use is 8, 8, 8. Even for really dark maps, this will give you the darkness that you desire, without making the shadows look like walls.
2: Another thing that I would do to improve this, is what I call variety. This breaks down into three sub-categories. Category 1 is geometry. There isn't much you can do for this map in the ways of geometry, seeing as to how this is an office building, and there are supposed to be multiple seperate offices. I did notice that you decided to change it up a little by adding a 'lounge' on floor 6. Category 2 is models. This map does make use of lots of different models, which I do like; however, the models do appear a bit repetitive. Like I said in category 1, this is an office building and there isn't much you can do about it. Category 3 is texturing. This is the main one that I want to talk to you about. throughout the whole buiding, you used the green carpet texture and white walls. You might want to mix it up in the future so that players do not get bored. Maybe try blue carpet and tan walls on different floors.
3: The last comment I have to make deals with realism. Even if you make a sci-fi map, you want to make it seem like that something should really be there, or have a purpose. I only say that for one reason, the basement. It feels a little weird that you can access the basement from all sides of the building, and that tho supports are completely visible.
Overall, I think this is a good first submission, and I feel you have potential! Good Luck Mapping!
