Its not a question of hating or loving it. This map is just not finished yet.
The ammo-count is way to high, you should keep people running for it, especially for the more powerfull stuf, virtual wealth is a game killer. Keep players starving for ammo, don't let them die but keep them running.
And there is just not much to see, there is no theme, not even an abstract one. Is it gameplay that is going to dictate design or do you value design that pleases the eyes?
And place the carrot at the end of the stick, powerups, quaddamage and the yellow armour so be at difficult to reach places where everyone can have a shot at you, but it has to be so tempting to have a go at it.
