This is certainly a really interesting concept for a map, personally, i love the idea, but there are yet a lot of things to add and fix.

First, i will comment of the hexagonal grids. I was thinking it would be a good idea if they were pulsating, as well as moving. Perhaps it will look all the more interesting if the other side is visible too. Also, too much red, you'll have to come up with something, you know what i mean.

Second, the minimap. Now i don't know if it's at all possible to fix the apparent issue here, and if it can be done, i don't remember how. The ceiling covers a pretty big portion of the map here.

Third, the lights. A major point here will be discussed a bit later, but for now i'd like to point out that there are many of them which either don't fit all that much in their place or produce no light at all. Apart for their glow that is. You'll have quite the work to do here.

Fourth, the cover. It's a big map and most of the action will be on the floor, no doubt about that. The problem is, the cover is scarce, and tactics are inexistent. You'll have to think of a way to make the gameplay less reliant on a single path.

Fifth, the design. Now this is a map about power, energy, electronics. Tron like. You'll probably want to think of more stuff to add. Perhaps chips and memories, control units, whatever suits you best to enhance the feeling.

Sixth, and perhaps final, the level of detail. I know it's a big map. I know you'll say that the wtr is already too high. But computers are moving on, and so do people, we can't have everyone stuffed and the pie intact. Apart from that, high wtr doesn't matter as much when the geometry is simple. The more complex it is, the harder it is to render, even when the count is small. As long as you keep your cubes simple enough (but not all that cubic like now), you will be fine.

NOTE: Use 6 to toggle 'entselsnap' and snap entities to grid. It will help you place them correctly and center them.

My first sight on the map was, pretty cool, but after checking out the map, it turned out a bit different.

The theme is original, I like that. It has some space-like feeling, tough.

The texturing isn't that great. A lot of faces are grey-textured, while it could be so much better. Mix it up a little bit and use some other colours to.
There are some nice costum textures tough.
An idea, what about using "bumpenvworld" shader? It could give a very nice look to some faces. Check out the config-file of "injustice" for some details (or just sauerbraten.org).

The geometry isn't great either. The main floor is just flat and they structures on the floor aren't connecting each other. More about that when I talk about flow and gameplay.
What about dropping the incredible huge balcony above the map? It doesn't add anything to the flow, gameplay and not that much to the theme (is it supposed to be an arena or a stadion?).
Every structure could use some more wtr, since their round corners are still pretty blocky in this case.

The detailing, isn't that great either. I like the fact that you used your own models and hud, even tough you could get trouble with that when you really want this map in a release, since Sauerbraten isn't capable of switching huds (and flag-models) ingame (wich would be nice if you would like to play another map, but with a very different theming).

The lighting, is bad. It definetly needs a review and I would focus on it after you would have improved the other points (if you would improve them :P).
There are many lights without even a lightsource (like a lamp, torch, etc). Most of them are very bright and have too much contrast (since there is also a lot of shadow).

The clipping/noclippin probably still needs to be done. So many things could be clipped (or noclipped) to create a way better flow and gameplay (like the structure under both flags).

The flow, there is none. It's just a huge flat room with some structures in it, wich could make you go faster trought the room. Be sure to create different levels of platforms! A map where you only have to press space and move your mouse a little bit to the left or right isn't a great map and people get bored quickly. Be sure to observate other maps.
Also, make it less big. It takes ages before you finaly managed to take cover behind another structure or even pass from 1 side to another side of the map.

The gameplay, isn't great either. Way too low ammount of pickups for such big map. There is also only 1 way to reach each flag (wich should be at least 2, the recommended ammount is 3 ways). This causes that everyone points on those buttkickers (nice idea tough) and only a few will succeed to reach the flag, but still need to pass the trough the hole map again.

The map so far, isn't that great as I was hoping. My tip is to focus more on the map, than actually adding things like huds and (player)models (even tough it is a nice idea) when the map still lacks a lot.
I won't rate yet...

Once upon there was a time where arenas got a big group of fans. Today this way of thinking changed and arenas became quite uninteresting since maps with more complexity appeared at quadropolis.
So how about yours ? I will tell you :

Layout : The layout is pretty simple. I even dont know if I am able to call this flat ground with some architecture on it a layout. The people want to do trickjumps and they want to have a choice between different ways and you also got (like Suicizer said above) only one regular way up to the flag. I know there are quite some arenas left in Sauerbraten like wdcd , but imho they don´t work well anymore. In the end I will give a 2/10 for the layout, because the two jumppads are pretty funny.

Gameplay : Also the gameplay isn´t pretty good because the map is too open and flat. You also missed to add more ammo for games with more than 6 players. 3/10 because it is playable !

Texturing : The textures you added are quite interesting and you used them not in a bad way , but sometimes a contrast is missing. You also forgot to give your textures a good closing at some parts. Try to use more different textures in order to get a good contrast. Solid work with custom textures 6/10 !

Detailing : The map has some nice details like the flag-stations (the battery is a really good idea) and the machine-looking thing at the corners, where the arrows are going away from. You also gave the map a good "arena-feeling", which is important for such kind of map. All in all it´s too less imho. 4/10 !

Lighting : Try to use different colors, because white looks boring and gives the map such an unfinished look.
You also got so much lights without any light source, which is pretty unrealistic. This is definitely a part you have to work on. 2/10 because it is bright enough !

Result : This map needs definitely more work ! Try to work out my advises in order to improve your map.
But at this time it isn´t more than a 3,4/10.
