Looks very nice! I like it - the middle section is a bit of a hog on resources - EVT exceeds 15K; this might make it a bit tough on low-end machines. Remember, this is the niche AssaultCube occupies.
But I like the concept, layout and effort put into this so much, I'll not ride you because of that - there's plenty of players with proper gaming boxes, they'll never see an fps-drop (I know I didn't (maxfps 200), maybe if I opened it up .. but still wouldn't be actually noticeable while playing).
I'll give you 7 points right-away, but this is easily a 8 or 9 when finished.
Brush up on the lighting a little - it's good as it is, but more variation seems like it wouldn't hurt ;-)
Maybe the map-sounds could do with some tweaking too .. they tend to "pop" into existance, try using the radius/size options to possibly improve believability - but that's only if you're aiming at a 10-point score :-P
Again: good work - impressive feat with this engine!
