Blurb Build of SE for Mac

Detailed description

I have compiled and packaged SE for Mac. I tried to contact Q009 so he could include my build in his SourceForge-Project, but he did not answer, so...
Additionally I've removed the update code, because the files it uses to check for a new version seem not to be hosted any more, besides that it's a little buggy and so I don't have to include CURLlib.

download it from the SVN repository. Features some updates since Q009 worked on it some more. Also it "supposedly" working without any problems now, but to tell the truth i haven't yet checked :P
