Improperly packaged, read the packaging guid.
Don't put a readme without anything else after it's name! It would overwrite other readme files in the official version of sauerbraten!
Most people (at least I do) prefer maps without capital letters in it. So please don't use capital letters in it...
The theme of the map isn't bad. It's something else than always fiction or abstract themes. Still could be putted better in the map, Since I really don't get the feeling I'm in "a building site that has been abandonded during construction".
The texturing could be better. Pretty much textures aren't putted realistic over the geometry of the map.
The geometry isn't great. I really don't get an image of "broken parts" in the map. And if it does look broken, it can be created in a smoother way than it's now.
The detailing is bad. Mapmodels have the magic to add a lot of detail into a map. But when mapmodels are looped too much, it's magic gets taken down. Try to use less of the same mapmodels (like the lantern) and but your own or take another instead.
The flow really sucks. You get pretty much when you jump or even just run around. The fact that you can miracly jump trough fences isn't making the flow more realistic at all.
The gameplay is also something wich could be way much better.
You noted this map is ment to be played in the mode "assassin", but that mode can't be played in the current official release since it's already out sauerbraten for almost 21 months (trooper edition released on 4 May 2009, today it's 5 Februari 2011).
Ctf is definetly a disaster on this map, since it only takes 7 seconds (without even trickjumping!) to reach from 1 flag to the other flag.
The map also lacks pickups, so any other mode than instant gib isn't playable. That's why, add pickups!

This map is far from done. I'll give 2/10 for it now, since the work you spend in it, but that's all, no points for anything else...
