The theme is like already commented before, very much "tortuga look-a-like". Not bad since it's still a pretty original theme.
The texturing could be better. Only a small ammount of textures has been used. Try to avoid this and add more textures in it (or at least a different colour/brightness).
Some ladders have wooden textures wich aren't in the right direction, try to rotate them 90 degrees.
The geometry isn't bad. Broken building could be some less cubic by adding contrast in the geometry.
The lighting isn't that great as the screenshot shows. There are a lot of hallways where lights are shining, but there isn't any lightsource. Try to think before placing a nice looking light and forgetting it should have a lightsource. It breaks realism.
Having a too small lightsource (like the torch in the middle of the map) also breaks realism. Make the fire much bigger, or reduce the light-entity and place more light-entities with lightsources.
The detailing could also be better. You textured some stairs with a wooden texture, but forgot wood isn't 0.001mm thick. Make sure those stairs consist out of planks of wood, not just a paperthin wooden texture.
Also roofs with the same texture as it's building isn't very realistic. Try to avoid this either.
All torches should actually provide way more fire than they do now for creating some realism. They are like the ultimate lightsource wich sets 95% of it's energy into light, instead of heat. Pretty amazing compared to flames in real-life...
The flow sometimes could be a bit better but is fine for me.
I dislike you can only get out the water on a few points, while you see a surface of land just right on your nose (like in that "curved river" right trough the map).
You made a very nice cilynder above the "old church" base ("base 4", I'm sorry probabaly because of me but I don't see a church in it :S), but it doesn't have any sense for the gameplay or flow, since you can also just jump over the edge right on top of the base instead of falling static right into the opponent's claws.
You also forgot to clip the water. People are able just to swim away from the island and do whatever they want to do. This kills the whole gameplay of the map.
The gameplay is bad, since no pickups has been added. It's a critical point when creating a map for capture, you should add health and armour at least into the map. If not added, this map is only good for playing the instant gib on it, wich is in this case only 3/19 (insta, instateam and instahold. Coop-edit not calculated since it's not time-permitted neither it's frag- or score-counted). That decreases the flexability of the map incredible.
I'm not that font of this map compared to tortuga.
There are still a lot of things wich could be improved. That's why I'll give 7/10 for it...
