its a decent try for a new theme, though there are probably many things you should have thought about.

first of all, don't leave useless files in a zip. Thumbs.db is a hidden windows file and by the fact that i found it in the zip in the first place is a clear sign that you must have used the default zipper. try using 7zip or IZArc, they both do a wonderful job and support many formats.

now onto the skins.

i really don't see a reason why the radar would have a shadow at all. shadows tend to lower the minimap's visibility.
also most of them are pretty bland looking, a lifeless grey shade which has only undergone ambient occlusion. it would probably be better if you used some sort of filter to give it a better surface look instead of that flat grey.

these for now. work on them some more.

A few comments on the gui:
The lighting for the gradients is inconsistent, there is no common light source.

The edge trim gray should be a pattern or gradient, not a solid color. This stylization causes a cartoon effect on the gui which is not unified with the rest of the gui.

On the Radar, the upper left curve has less trim then the other side. This would work if it were in correct proportion. It is too extreme :0

As mentioned above Please change the color of the pic trim and the loading bar. Use a pattern or a gradient.
