I can't tell if you deciding the last update is already out is a good thing or not. On one hand, there are so many things to fix on this map that it cannot possibly be complete. On the other, maybe it is best to just call it complete and move on.
I got nothing from running around the map a few times. The flow seemed really broken - you have a dead end that is reached from a jumppad, for example. The texturing isn't that good.. Comparing this to a map like Tempest might be cruel but they use the same textures, and this one falls flat in the face of the other. The detailing is really basic, and the buildings seem like huge boxes put there merely as walls. There's no atmosphere.
It's perfectly constructed everywhere (that is, nothing is 'broken') except in a few parts you selected to 'break' for the sake of flow. The fact that only these areas are broken makes the map formulaic. Spice up the rest of the map by breaking other parts. Further, you had an opportunity to make the 'broken' blocks seam up to the texture. There's at least one spot where I saw the zig-zag line texture (tech1soc/met_wall01c.jpg) and you could have broken the area along the lines. That would seem so much more natural. Further, the broken blocks on the ground are really cubic. Consider making them a bit more organically broken.
The jumppads are improperly indicated. One of them sends the player on a very sharp angle, and the other straight up. This is not indicated by the jumppad. Further, you use the same 'object' for the jumppad in other areas, such as under the armour and teleport. That's just confusing.
So maybe you've closed the book on this one, but I hope I could help for the next one with this information.
