Detailed description

I've gone through the packages folder countless times looking for all the skyboxes to find one I like. I'm too lazy to make one for my smelly little maps that I make, so I nick them. I decided to make a little HTML file that has them all there and allows me to view thumbnails of each one. Life just got easier, and I'm sharing it. :)

Pictures grabbed from the packages folder when placed inside, and an applescript for adding your own... Yes, I use mac.

a good try, but a lot of complaints.
1) You are on mac, and a lot of useless mac files are zipped in. I advise you find a good compression utility that won't zip hidden files.
2) the document needs better formatting cause the skyboxes get off place because of the paths below them reaching over to other boxes
3) you only have 20 of the 28 game implemented skyboxes in there. Here is a full list:

Thanks for the input! I've modified the file names to display only the path and 'main' part of the name under the 6 images to sort out placement, I've used YemuZip which claims to make 'PC compatible' zips and I've added all the boxes. But... I'm missing the remus box!! (I know it exists, I've used it before...)

ah yes sorry for that, the remus skybox is available in the svn of sauer and not in the trooper release. you can rule it out for the time being

Nice script but you have to change the breaks to {"_bk", "_dn", "_ft", "_lf", "_rt", "_up"}
to have it works ;)

sorry for maybe somes stupid questions, but:
- for what is it actualy ment, exept only skyboxes?
- whats this actually doing?
- whats the sense of this content?
- whats the endresult after using it?
- how is this content working?

I can try to replay...

this is an html page to browse skyboxes image, and remember the name.

The html, can be updated to add custom skyboxes using an applescript.

this is pretty useless compared to the scripts for in-game that do the same thing.

About the breaks... I got a bunch of friends who are even more noobish than I am and they always dropped the underscore in there themselves, but thanks for the input Drekow.

I'm sure someone will find a use for this. Even if it's only me. :)

If you can put a second part of the script who looks for custom skyboxes in "application support/sauerbraten/pakages" and merge the files (the original one and the custom one) in one html page; it will be epic!
