The map has some nice artwork things to it, especially the custom textures add a cool feeling, but it's not really playable - for various reasons.
One is of course that it has way too many triangles. Some people on low-end computers will have problems with even loading the map :) - a playable map should not have more than 100k-120k triangles. The art of mapping is to reach the most visual appealing effect with the least possible cube count.
also, the layout does not really fit any gamemode, deathmatch at most. There are just too many rooms and narrow hallways and teleporters (white flames? :)).
Also, the item placement is kinda.. weird on some places. I can recall seeing 3 rocket packs on one single spot. And there are DEFINITLY too many healthboosts for a multiplayer map.
You didn't release the map as an artwork, so I can't really rate it that way - it's just not what a deathmatch map should look like. Still, because of the interesting design ideas, I give it a 4/10 (would be higher if you would have labeled it as an artwork, can't say that too much :))
