Just from the screenshot.. needs a different fog color, and a "few" more textures.

Improving the screenshot is one thing, thinking about textures is another, take a look at the Metl2 map, that's a good example of a castle.

In the mean time, making maps, especially if they are based upon real world buildings and things requires study, just like drawing and 3d-CGI (wich i happen to do) its about 80-90% looking at pictures and work of others and 10-20% actually building a level. Making your own textures does not change the percentage but adds more time to a already lenghty process.

And study well, for example an Egyptian temple with matchstick pillars is not going to work. So make a good study of you are trying to build, flip some pages in a book about castles and try to look at them.

Making a good map is more than just stacking a lot of cubes on one and another and then filling the place with playerstarts, upgrades and ammo.

lightning is bad, concept is interesting, textures are VERY bad.

I'm lucky when waypointing : the waypoints contains exactly 2222 waypoints !

Lot of edits, sorry : I will make a new version of your map, with particles, correctly packaged, better ammo placing, etc. (It's public domain, so I can make it paid and without asking you (i would not, it will be free don't worry)
