I will be honest and harsh on this:

it sucks. even if you remove the dragon, it will still look bad. The whole sword idea doesn't fit in sauer.
but even if you go and mess with the model to make it look like a lightsaber, it will be off sauer's neutral theme.
If the theme reason is not enough, think how fast the sword is swung. Same would be with the lightsaber, unless you were good enough to make an array of animations for it, to make it look realistic to be swung that fast.

My opinion on this project? Give it up. there is no way you can make this look better

Anyway, I will remove the dragon. It looks better in my opinion. After that, I'll be done with this mod.

well after that i revise my opinion. unlikely to fit the rest of the weapons sauer has, this looks like a tech sword. It needs a glow though. Try to find someone to make a glowmap? then you could search the internet for a suitable sound for it
