Ok. I'm going to comment about this situation first, then about the map.
Somewhere on the site it says that it's intended to have completed maps and serious ones. I don't really remember where.
But there's no community where there are only pro's, the n00bs are always there, and n00bs that want to improve their owrk should be encouraged to, and helped to.
So, I've a proposition that I think that will help, since there are more and more alpha maps being posted. My idea is splitting the Maps section in two, one for the WIP maps, and another for the finished and quality maps or "serious".
I think it's an easy thing to do and would help a LOT to these common discussions.
It's only an idea, I'm not requesting anything or saying it should be that way. Hope it helps.

Well, about the map. I think you should read every guide about mapping that there is for Cube/Sauer, and also the reference manual for editing, and read it REALLY CAREFULLY. After that, notice that you've used a texture that is supossed to be a carpet on walls and ceiling. You should really take some time to find out what each texture represents, and place it where it should be or doesn't look SO out of place. After all that, know that mazes in deathmatch are rarely fun to play. I suggest you read makkE's guide to mapping on this site, and to google some general mapping tips. Good luck with that.
