as with ac_gravel you've not packaged it correctly, especially including the totally unrequired and ZIP-bloating BMP files is wrong. Fix the paths inside the ZIP! See the packaging guide to find out how to do it right.
The map isn't totally hopeless although it is lacking in a number of respects (texturing, detailing) - especially your playerstarts should be fixed to warrant a higher score - they all face the wall (the ones I tested).
