nice collection, this arena01 map is awsome and the early sparr maps.
But one map you forgotten, this map was not on Quadropolis, it was on
the cube server's and all cube guys have play it!
Babel by sharky the most played "inoffical" map!

It's a nice map pack, but you shouldn't make packs without asking the authors, some might get angry.

Well I only started playing Cube online when the final release was released, when I got ADSL2, although I discovered Cube with the 2002 release :P so I woulden't have babel. I Googled it and I found a download link but the site had since been closed :(

I am also removing the autoexec config from the release, as aardappel pointed out that some people might like the right click jump. Also I am considering removing the SilentFox sound pack, as it does not make sense to have the old items pack to bring back the old classic Cube and then overwrite all the original sound effects. Your ideas/suggestions here would be appreciated.

RatBoy: Yes I knew someone would mention the whole legal thing.. I included all the readmes and that was fine, and I really don't think that people would mind me getting their map played, its not like they are in some way hoping to make money off it, and alot of the maps are from people who are no longer active in the community so contacting them would be impossible. Hence I doubt any would get angry, and if any do, I will happily remove their map from the pack, fully knowing that their map will then probably never get played again.

Any reason why you guys rated it 4? I really want to make this the perfect map-pack! So please tell me what the problems with it is, other than not having babel.

Also to any Cube mappers out there, if you want your map included in the 1.1 version of Ultimate Cube, please send the map to [redacted].

This map-pack looks nice... I didn't know I am on the list of contributors (that's nice)! By the way Passa, do you want to modify my levels to make them look better? If you want I can give you permission :)
Oh and I hope you make new versions of this map-pack and I also hope you make the Ultimate Sauerbraten map-pack! :)

Hey, I'm not saying what you've done is a bad thing. The exact opposite in fact, it's an awesome map pack and I'm glad my work is inside. But I just warned you that there's always some cranky mapper that could get angry if it's not asked for permission first. I'm not talking about myself or any of you guys.

So you used my SFX huh? I don't mind since I did make those specifially for cube. Don't worry about changing the readme because I changed my name. But good map pack, I dl'd it. ^_^
