Very useful comment. On to mine then..
I was looking forward to this map because the screenshot's pretty interesting. Now that I've seen it though I have to be critical.. You've literally copied Reissen's config file and done nothing good with it. The texturing is really bad. You used crate textures for objects that obviously aren't crates. You used those green/orange strips of lights in the direction they aren't intended for without rotating them first in the .cfg. You put a LOT of those detail textures to cover pretty much all of the map (like the texture with gray rectangles in it, or the one with gears). Those should be used sparingly and only to make the map more interesting. The way you used them strips them of all interest and power they had and makes them steal attention from what is more important.
You used the light textures pretty much everywhere, even where not intended.. Like on the stairs.. That looks really weird.
As for the lighting itself (using light ents) it's really vivid. The greens are far too green and the oranges are far too orange. There's no subtlety at all. Furthermore your lightsources are limited so the map is bland. You have many light textures present, so why not put small light ents in front of them so they appear to actually light up a certain area?
You have some creative architecture going on here but none of it works that well because you didn't put enough detail into anything for the sake of having some detail in everything. Some things were just thrown in there without any thought of their application, like the teleport behind the yellow armour. I accidentally went into that because I didn't know it was a teleport, and also because it is so close to the edge. Plus you have a lot of teleports that look different from each other. Try to keep things uniform.
